1.  The Admissions Process

Seeking treatment demonstrates the courage necessary when pursuing a life-changing experience. At Wildology, we understand that making the decision can be a very intimidating challenge to face, and recognise the sensitive nature that surrounds the process. Our aim is to make the initial process as seamless and as comfortable as possible so that you feel held, welcomed, listen to, and genuinely understood  - right  from the beginning.

2.  Beginning the Admissions Process

All enquiries at Wildlogy are treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

3.  Admissions Criteria

All admissions to Wildology are made on an individual basis. Each person’s unique needs, concerns, and treatment goals are reviewed with admissions based on those specifiers. That being said, there are a few general criteria that all prospective residents must meet in order to receive care at Sierra Tucson, including the following:

  • Ages 18 or older

  • Able to perform activities of daily living

  • Demonstrate a willingness to participate in treatment

4.  What to expect

Discussing tailoring our treatment to your specific needs can begin with a confidential conversation and initial assessment over the phone - at no cost Our expert team will .

5.  What to have ready when you call

In order for us to be able to provide you with the quickest and most efficient admissions process possible, please have the following information ready to share when you call. With your consent - and where appropriate - your referring professional is welcome to send us this information before our call:

  • Presenting concerns

  • Psychiatric history

  • Substance abuse history

  • Medical history

  • Social history

  • Past treatment history

​This information will be reviewed by our team in order to determine medical and clinical appropriateness for the programming options we offer. It will assist us in working to ensure that we provide you with the most comprehensive treatment experience to most optimally meet your needs.

6.  What to expect as a family member

The presence of addictions and/or mental health concerns impact not only the individual who is suffering from them, but their family members and loved ones as well. At Wildology, we recognise this fact and therefore strive to help prospective resident’s family members with the same dedication that we offer to those who are entrusted into our care. 

If you concerned about a loved one, you are welcome to contact us at any time. Just as we do for those who are interested in receiving our services, we will provide you with the kindness and encouragement that you need in order to make you feel comfortable with the process at hand.

We are ready to answer your questions, discuss the options for care that we have available, and assist you in making the most beneficial decision for your loved one. When you contact us, we provide a friendly and understanding voice, a personal, free, and private consultation, and recommend intervention services, if needed.
