1.   Assessment & Strategy

Your journey starts with a detailed and comprehensive assessment on Zoom, via the virtual platform.​ Our bio-psychosocial assessment model provides a holistic, relationship-centred philosophy of clinical care where we get to know the whole of who you are, and partner with you to support your values and preferences in decision making concerning all aspects of your care.​​ 

Holistic Assessment Model

Trust, empathic curiosity, and informed intuition guide us as we define your therapeutic needs and goals. Following the assessment, our expert team curate your personalised recovery programme and treatment plan, including aftercare.

2.   Preparation

Your intensive, personally-tailored residential programme begins with a briefing on safety issues, followed by time to unwind and adjust to new surroundings. 

3.   Initiation & Immersion

During your treatment you will be guided through your programme (includes a wilderness trail) - always at your own pace. Our compassionate team of dedicated experts collaborate to ensure you receive the highest standards of care throughout your stay. 

4.   Processing & Integration

We promote physiological thriving for conscious, lasting, positive change. Treatment focuses on intentional and sustainable integration, establishing a trajectory of continuing healing and growth that can be realistically maintained in daily life. We focus on providing practical tools and supportive guidance, and habits which embed healing into your daily routine and endure over time.

5.   Continuation Aftercare

Your care continues for 4 weeks of on-going recovery (in person or via Zoom on the virtual platform). This allows for smooth transition and continuum of care​. The whole process is focused on your therapeutic clinical care and will be overseen by our team of expert clinicians and practitioners throughout. 

With anchors in London, the two continents are connected and communicate throughout your recovery. With forward planning, continuity of care is assured.​
